Induction sealing is known for the last 40 years. Its main purpose is to provide the airtight sealing between plastic bottles and screw caps. It is used for medicines, chemicals, weed control substances, dairy products, mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces, coffee, tea, cocoa, hot chocolate, food oils, fruit juices, water, spices, motor oils, car engine additives, cleaning materials, etc.
The lids are provided with the induction innerseal. The bottle filling and sealing are performed on the existing production line. As the bottles go under the induction head, the aluminum layer in the cap is heated by the strong electromagnetic field to 170-190 degrees Celsius without a contact. As a result of the temperature and the pressure, existing as the caps are screwed on, the IHS foil gets sealed to the bottles.

Flexible denture base resins are ideal for partial dentures and unilateral restorations. The resins are biocompatible nylon thermoplastics with unique physical and aesthetic properties that provides unlimited design versatility and eliminates the concern about acrylic allergies.
Retention - flexes into a retentive position, below the undercut.
Comfort - thin, lightweight and flexible.
Aesthetics - pink shades that allow your patient's natural tissue tone to appear through the material.
Strength - clinically unbreakable, more durable than acrylic and won't absorb stains or odors.
Ease - no tooth or tissue preparation is required so you can offer patients a conservative and pain-free solution.

The non-rusting properties of stainless steels are due to a very thin, invisible oxide film, which completely covers the surface of the parts thereby, preventing corrosion. Under certain circumstances, a thin coating of rust may appear. Passivation is the process by which a stainless steel will spontaneously form a chemically inactive surface when exposed to air or other oxygen-containing environments.. Passivation removes exogenous iron or iron compounds from the surface of a stainless steel by means of a chemical dissolution that will remove the surface contamination.Electropolishing is recognized as one of the methods of providing Passivation without further treatment. As Electropolishing solution removes the iron ions from the surface of the part, it leaves much of the chromium, nickel and carbon behind on the surface of the metal.
